Happy Birthday Llamacorn t-shirt
Hello Wonderful Humans,
I hope you are having a wonderful May 30th! I know I am! To celebrate my birthday today my Companions and I are having a brownie cook off. Sister McIntosh has been bragging about hers for a while.... Hmn....Not sure if I believe her yet. But we shall have to find out.
I gave myself a small nose bleed this morning during studies. That was exciting.
So, once upon a time, in an area far, far away named Belleview there was a little Sister Missionary named Sister Rytting. She happened to be slightly distraught because her trainer, Sister Woolley, had forgotten her magneto bug. ( a little magnet bug composed out of forks). Fast forward several months and Sister Jarvis finds out that Sister Woolley is being transferred to the STL area that covers the area Sister Jarvis is. We can now say that Sister Woolley has been reunited with her little magneto bug. It's funny what I remember sometimes. Haha.
So- yeah, I had exchanges with Sister Woolley this week and it was so much fun. I managed to return the magnet and we had a blast. We took many a picture. Here are some of the cool experiences we had:
Sister Woolley and I managed to somehow get turned around while coming
back from Zone conference. We were driving on this road that was unfamiliar to me and there was this little girl playing by a canal I spotted while going past. I had a "oh cute, she looks like she's having fun" moment before it was immediately replaced with a "that's not safe" and a very distinct feeling of my stomach dropping all the
way to the floor. I voiced it to Sister Woolley and she agreed we should turn around. So, we did and we were those adults who ruined all the fun. The little girl was really nice about it though, and went
back home.  I just hate to think about what could have happened if I had ignored that thought.

(Side note: we are driving while I'm typing this up and I look up and
I just see the most ridiculous human hanging out of a car and waving
at us.  It took me a moment to realize it was the elders, because they
aren't wearing their proselytizing clothes. Haha)

Sister Woolley and I also found three new investigators while out finding. This one girl we met was seriously on a bender. She was higher than a kite and drunker than a dead door nail. She kept spouting off this random stuff and it was really funny -and slightly creepy.
Quotes from Miss High Kite:
"You two are *insert word of your own choice here* angels! How did you
know to come!"
"We do voodoo!"
"Do you wanna join us and come to the dark side?"
It was certainly a interesting Florida experience! I now cannot hear the word Kite without giggling something fierce.

We are also back to a car share with the Elders! Yayyy! Bikes and sore muscles!

I also did a naughty thing and volunteered my companionship for a musical number. The sisters looked like they wanted to kill me. Bwahaha. Oh well, I learned from the best. ;)

Also had a major miracle happen this week.  We had a lesson with Jarrett- and it was nothing short of a complete fiasco. We ended up dropping him that lesson. It was really bad. Biking home, I said a quick silent prayer that Heavenly Father would fix this. Almost instantly I felt calm.  On Sunday, Jarrett walked into church! Yahoo!
I was so excited.

Dan also has a baby testimony! Ahhhhhh! Now to get him to quit smoking.... Hmnnnn....

That's about it for the week! Love you all!

Sister Nat Jarvis
