The Week of....Lots of Stuff

(Posted by her mom)

Hello everyone!
The beginning of the week was relatively uneventful, but last Monday
we played soccer and I crashed into one of the Elders. No one was
mortally wounded. Just slightly bruised. I am very thankful for the
Elders and Sisters in my Zone, they are so much fun and hilarious.  I
have managed to send out most of the letters I need to and I think
they will be showing up tomorrow-ish.
Here are a few things about Florida
1. My little ability to speak Spanish has been going out the window
and that's frustrating
2. Florida has the best sunrises and sun sets.
3. I miss seeing stars. There is too much light here.
3. Sister Christensen is going through a David Archuleta kick and we
only have one song on 1 cd.... it keeps getting replayed. HELP!
4. Missionaries do really weird things to keep themselves entertained
(like car backing competitions)
5. Everyone in Florida and their Cat has a dog...
6.  The Sheriffs department called us during companion study because
someone in our ward passed away unexpectedly.  That was interesting.
7. Anyone know any horribly cheesy puns/jokes? I am going through withdrawals
8. Tub scrubbing is very satisfying
9.  Our investigator set a baptism date! WHoooo! Much excitement. If
everything goes according to plan she should be baptized before Sister
Christensen or I gets transferred.
10. We had exchanges again and I don't think I have ever laughed so
hard... well that's not true. I can name one occasion where I laughed
harder,
but I was awake very early in the morning sooooo.....

Love you all and miss your faces!
-Sister Jarvis
